94 TC electrical issue

I am having electrical issues. The fuse for the keless entry/domelights, keeps blowing. And at the same time, the auto door locks when pressed to unlock or lock won't work, but when pressed make the headlights go on. No Idea how the could relate, but they both started happening at the same time. The only thing I have done recently is replaced alternator and battery. Any help would be appreciated.
