upgrade rear drums to disc brakes

Anyone out there done this? Where can you find such a conversion kit? Anything local in the San Francisco Bay Area?

All parts can be gotten from the dealer, however it would be very expensive. You would need calipers, rotors, backing plates, brake hoses, mounts, possibly a new proportioning valve and maybe a master cylinder. After all of that the average driver wouldn't notice any difference in the braking anyway.
