Replacing A/C compressor bracket ??
I have a 1997 Z3 with the 1.9 four. I accidently broke the A/C belt tensioner off of the A/C Compressor bracket. The threaded boss snapped off.
Any tips on removing the compressor bracket ? I can only see three of the five bolts.....If I remove the compressor itself first, will that make it easier ? I'm probably going to have to disconnect the refrigerant line too ?? Any advice is appreciated.....thanks |

Re: Replacing A/C compressor bracket ??
Thanks for the quick reply Bavarianm.....
There's not a lot of room below the strut tower to get my hands or socket/wrench, but if you say it's doable I'll give it a try. |
