Angry How Fast Was I Going Officer?

I made one of the biggest mistakes that u could ever make, I bought some freakin Guages, and instead of getting it odne correctly...i took the neddles out, and now when i'm standing i'm doing about 30mph and my temp guage is at High, My fuel guage lies for 5 lines, my RPM guages... i dont even want to start,

So i had a cop pull me over and he told me that i was doing 40 in a 35 zone... so its lieing a little bit.. how do i get it back to stock Performance

( i put the original guages in after i got pissed off at what i did)

Anyone
HeLP ME! PLease!

Re: How Fast Was I Going Officer?

I bought my prelude like that. it had the white face gauges installed and the mph and fuel was off. the others were ok. I couldn't get a way to fix it. i ended up getting a new cluster from the salvage yard. G/L

Re: How Fast Was I Going Officer?

I don't know about a brand new one. I'm guessing way too expensive. I bought the used one from the salvage yard for $100-$115. I can't remember exactly.

Start making some phone calls.

Re: How Fast Was I Going Officer?

There is a Junk Yard that has 3 Honda Preludes 97-01 and 1 of them has is complete, has the engine and everything u pretty much needs, the other 2, body parts are in very good condition but they are not selling them, and they say that they do not have them, but my friends brother works there and says there is a camera on all 3 of them, so its not as easy to go " 5 finger discount shopping" and they wont sell anything off of them!

If could somehow post some used ones on ebay or anything and let me know, i'd buy them, as long as their working perfectly, i need them ASAP, my cars in the shop, i'm putting cams and exhaust on, so let me know ASAP so i can get them alright

thx bud
