Lacks power and surging

Ok i have 01 malibu lacks power in all ranges of acceleration no missing surges when pressin on the gas and cant climb a hill to save its life i have replaced the EGr checked fuel pressure replaced fuel filter new plugs gapped @ 50 checked and cleaned MAF and TPS checked injectors and cleaned using the poor mans cleanin method popuring cleaner into the vac line going to the throttle body coil packs ummm im lost here any help ??????

Clogged Catalytic converter?

What Engine?? If it's a 3.1, check the coil towers for corrosion. If any, replace them and the wires.

converter sounds like a winner to me, in most cases anyways.
