I was over at my GF house when her sister decided to run into the side of my truck when she was backing out of the drive

it mashed in my bumper and looks like it grazed my front fender

anything wrong with getting a bumper off ebay?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NEW-F...QQcmdZViewItem

150$ for this one

i dont think i need any other parts just some paint for the fender

Re: well i need a new bumper

Check your brackets! I know on mine when I bought the previous owner must have used the Rear bumper as a battering ram a few times. I Straightened out the bumper but, the bracket on one side was all bent to snot. I have a new bumper and new brackets I just have to find time to install it.
I'm not sure if the front has brackets or not but, I assume ti must...

Don't know if you will find it cheaper or not, but my buddy turned me on to http://car-part.com/

My dad just had some bad luck too. He ran over one of those knee high concrete poles. Smashed his rear quaeter panel and ruined the bumper.

...just a thought. Replace those durn horns while you are back there. They are inexpensive and at least in my case it's just a matter of time 'till they go away, and it's a real pain to get to them with the bumper in place.

Yeah I agree, at least on the driver side anyways. Literally impossible to remove the driverside horn. Thank god mine still works. The passenger side was easy. Just crawl under and there it is. I removed my stock passenger side horn and mounted 2 from a 78' Buick Park Avenue.
It's nice and loud I love it....
