1998 Gmc Sierra Slt Lights Flickering..

dont hava clue, the dash lights, headlights and tailights have a light pulsating effect to them, more noticeable at night of course. Some day worse than others. Took alternator off, tested it and it checked out fine. Now starting to get some noise from the ac compressor and over by the tension arm as well, it goes away after it warms for the most part. Kinda sounds like tension arm barrings, just wondering if anyone else run into this....
