24

Anyone else watch 24? I've only seen season 2 and 5 (the current one) so I need to get caught up. When you get this show on DVD it's so damn adicting.

Re: 24

Yes, it is without a doubt the best TV show currently in production. Some people find it over the top with the drama and the twists, but I think that is the heart of the show. The creators don't take it too seriously, and it shows. 24 is reflective of Shakespeare's classic tragedies like Hamlet and Macbeth. Major themes in both include betrayal, death, and most prominently inter-family relationships.

If you research a little bit, you'll find that a lot of people think season 3 is one of the worst seasons, but I disagree. In fact, I think it's one of the best seasons, better even than season 1 and 2. I suggest you watch the rest of the seasons in their correct order, because each season contains so many deaths and twists that I'm sure you are really confused after watching only seasons 2 and 5.

Yeah I'm probably going to get the seasons I haven't seen in the next couple weeks. I'm not all that confused since my parents had been watching since the begining and I would listen to them talk about the show so I do know most of the back story.
