Turbo Question

Ok so I noticed a few posts down about the Hahn turbo. My question is what is the difference between the Big 16G and the Super 16G? Will they both work on a 1st gen neon and what other kinds of turbos are interchangable like the 16G? Thanks.

Any turbo can be made to work, but you will have to have an exhaust manifold made to fit the neon's engine. The SRT-4 will bolt up to the DOHC and will bolt up to the SOHC neon with an adapter. There is of course, alot more to turboing a car than just the turbo. If you are really interested in building your own turbo, I suggest the first $25 you spend should be on a book called Maximum Boost by Corky Bell. It is a great book about turboing a car. If you don't want to do alot of research and reading and fishing around for parts, then just buy a kit.
