Unhappy 02-03 Impala need torque

Hi,

This is the first time here and I am in need of help.

A common problem with the 2002-2003 Chevy Impala seems to be a cracked Intake Manifold Gasket. This is what happened to my 03 Impala. Manufactured 12/02.

I am replacing the Lower Intake Manifold gaskets myself. There are two gaskets for each side. I had to remove the Push Rods to get the gasket off. I ONLY LOOSENED the Rocker Arms to remove the rods. I kept each rod in line as I took them off, so I do have each rod back in its orginal position.

My problem is:
I have hand tighten the Rocker Arm bolts, and I am unsure the torque specification for each bolt?
What is the torque lbs. for each rocker arm? If someone can help me with that.
And is there anything I should be scared of, like aligning the ROCKER arms or lubricating the arms??????

PLEASE any help would be appreciated. Once the arms are secure I can apply the seal and PUT EVERYTHING BACK. thanks.
