Replaced M.Max clutch and have a problem

I put a new clutch in my '90 Mighty Max and even though I "think" everything was put back correctly there doesn't seem to be any real pressure when I move the clutch arm. It pushes the bearing forward but once hooked back to the engine there is virtually no pressure when I push the arm. It feels like its not making contact with the pressure plate, there is no resistance.

Is there a clutch diagram (blowup) I can look at anywhere on the Net? All I have is a Haynes manual from Autozone and the photos and diagram don't show much.

Is it possible I put something in backward?

I really need some good advice.

Thanks,
Bob
