I recently bought some new altezza tail lights and I want to know how to take out the old ones and install the new ones. I own a 1992 Honda Civic VX Hatchback. Thanks for your time.

if you open the hatch...there should be a plastic peice where you would put the bulbs for the taillights, take these off and you should find some bolts/bracket(s) holding the taillights in....remove them...and bolt the new ones on...reverse the process...

Is there any wiring involved?

No, you might have to change the brake and turn signal blubs to be legal.
