So yeah two nights ago I hit not only one, but two fucking deer on my way home from work. There was no way i could avoid them. They come hauling ass out of nowhere right in front of me. The one i hit i think it was just his head cause i heared the thud, the second one did the damage. Up on the hood and rolled on the windshield. I was doing 30 and there was a split second reaction time, i was on the brakes but they did no good cause the deer was already on the car. There's not much damage at all, though. Scraped some of the front bumper, scraped the hood and left a ginormous dent on the passenger fender, oh and dinged the windshield. No other damage. Car goes in to the body shop this coming week, and hopefully it will be done before May because i'm taking my car to California the first couple weeks in May. Goddamnit i fucking hate deer! How stupid can they be!?! So technically i didn't the deer, they hit me. I might get some pics of the damage up here. It's hard for me to even look at my car, even though the damage isn't very bad. I'm very obsessed with my car, i freak out if i find a scratch no bigger than a 1/4 inch lol. So now i have two insurance claims on the car, i can't remember if i posted about the vandalism. But yeah a couple weeks ago i wake up to find out that someone dumped something on my driver fender to take off the clearcoat (looks like it was sprayed), keyed my driver door and my passenger quarter panel. SOOOOOO...Next week when my car goes in, here's what's getting painted...
Driver door
Driver fender
Passenger fender
Front bumper
Hood

The frame wasn't bent/hurt in any way, shape or form. No cracked headlights either, and they are still aimed perfect. I got lucky.

Hell i might as well throw in the extra $500 or so and get the rest of the fuckin car painted! lol Luckily my deductable is $100. So $200 out of my pocket (2 claims) and my baby gets all fixed up.

But anyway, word of adivse - drive extremely careful around town and especially in the boonies. Deer like to fucking pop out of nowhere. I hope i killed that bastard...

I feel your pain man... My car is always in the garage for the wintertime it seems like due to some stupid problem. I hit a deer and thats why my car was parked last winter. I know I killed mine though cause where I hit it, the people had a dead deer laying on their porch the next morning. It was pretty funny, I hit it enough to somewhat kill it but it managed to stumble up to their porch and die. It added plenty of humor to my deer story. I also have a picture with a big hunk of its ass in my headlight. lol

I say go all out and just repaint the rest of it. Thats what I ended up doing too.

man you have the worst fucking luck in the freaking world steve. you got that beautiful car and all for a good price and now it got screwed again. damn we need to find who keeps screwing with your car and take care of the situation cause thats some bullcrap if your jealous and stuff thats one thing but messing with someones car is another. i finally have been driving my talon to work and someone touches that thing after all the money i put in too it im going to kill them

oh i forgot to mention, last night i got cited for "weaving in and out of traffic" and "not using a turn signal"... and i was driving my friends 300ZX. all because of a fucking newer honda accord that tried racing me and i weaved in and out of traffic to get up to him. we pull up to a red light, he wanted to run it. i look in the mirror and there's a cop sitting right behind me....i said "nope, there's a cop behind me" so we didn't race....but i still ended up getting pulled over! the speed limit on the main strip here (east state st.) is 35, we were both doing 60 or so up to the red light.....this is bullshit! the other dude was speeding and "weaving" too! but i'm the one who gets fucked! so he gave me a citation for use of no turn signal...which turned out to be $108.50

i think every cop in our town just hates you for some reason dude, you need to learn to behave yourself. anyway there is nothing to prove around here everyones cars are slow except the very few. so why screw with a crapaccord

97..maybe you ought to just quit driving..or learn how to avoid the situations you described, the deer would be difficult..the other..grow up and learn how to not either get caught or obey the law to begin with

It is VERY common where I live. I see deer every day. The trick is, they usually cross in the same spots all the time. So remember where you see them, because you will probably see them there again. about your car

grow up and quit driving? i'm not a little teenager anymore, like you probably are. and i will NEVER quit driving. it's the only thing that keeps me sane. i'd find a way to drive if i lost both my arms and legs. and i say fuck the law because obeying does no good around here. most of you know the stories about me getting fucked hard (like the time at taco bell, for instance). so i say get off the computer, go to school and learn some grammar, then take mommy and daddys car for a drive and go hit a deer
