Re: two question

1st - I'd recommend checking eBay for a new top.

2nd - Do you have a V6 or a V8. If you have a V6, then that 300zx would annihilate you man. Especially if it's turbo. If you've got the LT1 V8, then you might be able to hang with him off then line, but that 300zx's turbo'd 3.1 V6 would give you a run for your money.

Re: two question

either way, if the guy in the 300z knows how to shift, then he has you, thoes little cars are light and fast. That turbo wines up in no time.

Re: two question

sorry guys i disagree...My friend had a turbo 300zx and it was a 92 i believe. I was giving him competition in my V6 rustang, an LT1 will destroy that car...

Well... that's why I said it would give an LT1 a run for it's money. Of course I know an LT1 would probably beat it. Otherwise.. That'd be like trying to turbo my 95% stock 3.4, and then trying to race Mr. Luos. By the time my tranny finally shifts into 2nd gear he'd already be halfway down the track. No competition at all right there.

But the guy who asked the question in the first place probably has the 3.4, but being he's in Cali, he could very well have the 3.8. And either way, the 300zx would kill both them.

Re: two question

Well if the 300 is running good, (a 20 yr old car always has probs) than yeah it would take both V6 firebirds(not by alot). But there is no way it would hang, compete or come close to an LT1.
