I have a 77 camaro with 305cidV8. I was given a set of 327 heads ported and polished w/ 202int, 160exh valves, matching intake manifold, cam,and carb. After I have installed everything, any opinions on how much horsepower, i will have gained.

Zero hp gain, in fact you'll loose all power. You can't use those heads on a 305, the intake valves are going to hit the cylinder bore and the engine won't run.

Ok, lets say i replace the 305 w a stock 350 shortblock

Then sell the heads you got, and have a set of 350 heads p&p'd.
