brake lights stay on when turn lights on :( help

when i turn my lights my brake lights turns on as well, and when lights off than when i breke corner lights turns on anybody know what may be the problem or know where i can find electrical wiring map or something like that? its 1990 integra GS, it was kind of wet inside one time because it was raining one day and water got into the car but its all dry now but wierd things start happening
