'85 Park Ave. dash noise

Hey guys, I recently purchased a sweet 1985 Park Avenue. It only has 97,000 miles on it and everything works like new. My problem is, when I turn the headlights on, I get this low squeeling noice coming from the center of the the dash area. The pitch changes and gets a little louder when I adjust the dash light dimmer to a brighter setting. The previous owner said she just kept the dash lights dimmed down so she didn't have to hear it. Any help on this would be appreciated.

Anyway, you really to get into that dash pronto! Most grounds are thare or come together there. Otherwise, the squeeling will eventually stop, most likely under unfortunate circumstances.
