86 olds timing
 1986 olds cutlass 307 auto. i started to hook up the timing light, when i read the lable on the fan shroud and it states to set timing @ 20, 1100rpm. then it says to start engine and ground C-3 diagnostic lead. can someone tell me where this C-3 diagnostic lead is? thanks, john
