Think i should buy?

I have a 89 civic sedan and i need a new motor. I can buy a 97 cavalier for 300 but it needs a new fender, hood, front bumper, and headlight. Other than that it runs fine. Do you think i should get it.

89 cavalier 4cyl 142k new brakes, new catalytic converter, full set of 4 standard 13" rims w/tires all in almost new condition as well as a set of 4 16" rims w/ 205/50 yokohama advan tires (slightly older than the standard ones)
also have a 12" subwoofer that i can throw in there and the wiring has already been run through the vehicle.

only problem with the car is the tilt wheel is loose and needs to be checked out.

great car, i'm getting a new one though.

$600 obo
