Walmart primer...
Has anyone tried the $2.25 a can Walmart spray primer (in the automotive section)? Does it work well for plastic models? I want a relatively cheap, sandable primer that will fill minor sanding scratches as well. Thanks

Re: Walmart primer...
Or i get Duplicolor primer from Wal-mart and its good just make sure its sandable and NOT the filler type or you will lose all the detail. and go light with this stuff, its much hotter then hobby primer and can warp kit. do a few mist coats to protect the body.

Re: Walmart primer...
Walmart sells testor model primer at a similar price (at least in my area). Why don't you get that from the model section?

Re: Walmart primer...
I bought some primer there for around that price and my paint pealed and looked like crap. I had to sand it down, and now today I am going to reprimer....
