1989 Toyota 4x2 - missing out

Hello. I'm having touble finding the problem in my wife's 1989 4x2 toyota pick up. It's a 22R. It misses out while idling. I've replaced the spark plugs, the wires, the distributor cap and rotor - no change. I've put in a carborator kit and adjusted the valves - no change. I've checked all the vacuum lines and don't see any problems. Any ideas?

check the wires on the coil, should be on the driver side on top of the wheel well, mine had corroded wires and was giving me flak
