Generally they're referred to in the vernacular as "cavys" or "cavs," not "cavays."

Also, if you want to know how many people own cavaliers check the number of registered memebers over on www.j-body.org and that'll give you a hint at the massive number. Wh you'd want to know that, damned if I can find a reason.
