Oil leaking (need help!!)

Okay oil is leaking from that thing right above my oil filter..it has a electrical thing connected 2 it ....if some tells me how to post a picture in the forum i have a picture ready ...

my oil pressure switch/oil sending unit? are they they same thing?...i have a 91 305 5.0L

unless it is leaking badly i wouldnt worry about it. most that i have seen have old oil caked all over them but work fine, and aren't a serious problem

i would say its leaking badly....when i have it parked like to warm it up in tha morning its contantly leaking when i start to drive it doesnt leak as much (naturely)...but like on a rainy day i can i 'll go some where and when i pull in to park my car i can see the oil drips leading from where i slowed down to where i parked ....i isolated the leak i just need to know what the thing is call and of course how 2 fix it.any help is appreciated

That is your oil pressure switch for the idiot light on the dash as well as the cutoff for the fuel pump.
