Painting Ground Effects
This may seem like a dumb question, but would you normally mount ground effects then paint the car, or paint each seperately then mount the GFX.

i would paint the rear and front bumper on the car but the side skirts seperatly so that if you ever decide to get different ones or if they fall off (my ww kit ones did) you wound have your ugly ass stock paint underneith there and it wouldnt look too odd.....anyway thats my 2 cents

Parts are easier to pain when they're off the car... I would do the entire kit first, then mount it.
