bored out
what are the differences and benefits to a .060 bore as opposed to a .030 bore? does it make that much of a difference in hp? what is the new cubic inches when bored out? i was wondering what to bore my block out to or even if at all? im looking to build the motor up to around 350 - 400 hp.

Re: bored out
im no expert but i think if you do the .06 your cylinder walls will be so thin they will blow apart, i think, people have told me .040 is pushing the thin wall issue so .060 i would think is crushing the wall. i think.

Re: bored out
Bore over 40 and you are asking for trouble. There really is not that great of an increase of power with over bores, the cubes gained from strokers will always net you more.
CC do the math dia X pi X stroke X number of cylinders
