Body Kits?

why is it that the only kit made of urethane i can find is tha blitz kit? does anyone know of any others or where to get them?

If you really want a urethane kit, ......most all cheap body kits are urethane. Look at any body kit ad in a tuner mag. Most all "styled" (blitz, street force, r33, r34, etc.) bodykits as I like to call them and knock-offs are urethane.

Actually most body kits are fiberglass. Only the ones that get featured in the Gay and the Curious movies wind up being urethane kits.(J/K) Urethane isn't as cheap nor as easy to work with as fiberglass, thats why most kits especially the cheap poorly fitting ones are made of FG.

Yeah.

Blitz, one other common one, and a few higher dollar ones are the only ones I know of made from urethane. My info came from this site, so it must be on here somewhere...

P.S. "the Gay and the Curious," I haven't heard that one before. It's funny.

There is a difference between "cheap poorly fitting" fiberglass kits and expensive high quality fiberglass bodykits. Actually the most expensive kits in the industry are fiberglass (aside from the carbon ones) like Veilside, Vertex, C-West, Mugen (for the Honda guys), and various others that run 2,000+ for a complete kit. So not all fiberglass kits are crap, just the cheap ones. You get what you pay for. Keep that in mind.
