Used CD/Cassette unit for '98 Durango

I am looking for a used factory unit to replace the Cassette unit that came in the car. The din and 1/2 units are not sold at the Auto Radio shops anymore, at least not in my price range. Dealer cost for the new unit is about $600 - $700 bucks and that is too steep. Any thoughts?
