I am trying to replace the serpentine belt on a '94 Voyager, and can't figure out how to get the smaller belt off! The small belt is on the main and starter pulleys, so it seems. How does that belt come off?

What size engine and does this belt go from the main pulley to what? there is no belt on the starter. Most normally you have to release then tension on the belt tensioner to get belts off.

Why did you buy a $40K vehicle and not a $100 Factory Service Manual?

This might help: http://www.autozone.com/servlet/UiBr...3d8010b6be.jsp Just click on the link then scroll down till you find your engine and belt. Doesn't help? As Stevo2 said, we need the engine size. Starter belt? You might mean power steering pump belt. Cheers!
