Lca Or Torque Arm?

I was wondering if any one out there that has some exsperience in these two products could help me out.(lower controll arm/torque arm)
I need somthing to help with my traction problems and wheel hop. Do i go a head and by the LCA or do i wait a lil longer and save up some more cash and get the Torque Arm. Also what causes wheel hop? any way to prevent?

Thanks guys
