You don't reset the light, it is not a service light like a change oil light. You have the light because a code has been set. You need to have it scanned find out what code is set, diagnosis the problem and then the light will go away.

b2527 code is where the failed switch is... Can you tell me about this switch?
Where it is and if it is easy to change.

also you have it listed as 2725 and 2527 they are way not the even close I am going to assume it is 2725 (range mode switch voltage level outside possible range.) So what is it telling you is that the selector switch is what has thrown the code. It is a 3 page trouble tree if you have a fax I can fax it to you Tuesday night when I get home.

Re: How do I reset 4 wheel drive sensor... amber message

I have a 2000 Yukon with the same message. Depending on mileage, the light may or may not be valid. In my case I had a buddy look at vehicle and current TSB's (GM or CMC technical service bulletins) and , sure enough, there is a TSB on this issue. Four wheel not the issue, the switch on the dash IS the issue. Went to dealership, replaced switch, and solved the message center light.
