Re: looking for a 383 kit

An L98 would cheaper and less hassle to install than an LT1. Can get some definite power out of it too.

Re: looking for a 383 kit

well after i bought the spohn stuff i wanted (all but the torque arm which i still want) i bought a complete TPI set up, came with everything including a brand new set of 350 fuel injectors. I also bought a complete 350 2-bolt, which isnt really what i wanted but it was only $50. i am planning on getting a holley stealth ram intake and a new throttle body and that should tide me over for a while. starting to wonder if i should keep the car or not, little things are starting to pop up which are pissing me off. i have a great job lined up for the summer so i could get a new car.

Re: looking for a 383 kit

a 2-bolt main block can be machined to be stronger than a 4-bolt main, as mine was. I think you should work with it, don't sell it. Imagine what you can do with a stealth ram and a vortech s/c.
