My buddy and I were working on our vehicles the other night, when i checked underneath my car, i noticed that my oil pan was leaking from the top near the seal (no gasket for zx2?) so while i was putting oil in the car, i was going and double checking all of my other fluids and noticed my coolant resevior was brown...I checked my radiator cap and found thick brown liquid in my anti-freeze...i was told by my friend and my father that the seal in my waterpump was junk..my dad also told me i could have blew a head gasket, any ideas...thoughts....smart-ass comments? lol I also assume you need to replace the whole pump itself???
thanks to anyone who can help me out |

Re: Water Pump/Seal
blown sludge is an indication of a blown headgasket.
