Keyless Entry
Does anyone know how to program a keyless entry remote for a 1999 pontaic firebird? Thanks

Re: Keyless Entry
1.remove The Radio Fuse (the 25 Amp Fuse In The Lower Right Hand Corner Of The Fuse Panel)
2. Switch The Key From Off To Run Quickly 3 Times Within 5 Seconds. The Vehicle Will Respond By Locking And Unlocking The Doors And Then Releasing The Trunk. 3. Hold The Lock And Unlock Buttons On The Remote For Approximately 15 Seconds Or Until The Vehicle Responds As In Step 2. Repeat This Process For All Remotes, Old Or New. 4. Turn The Vehicle Off And Remove The Key From The Ignition. Replace The Radio Fuse. Test To Verify That Each Remote Is Working Properly.

Re: Keyless Entry
My Bird has a valet switch for that. I wonder why. But this answers a question I just now posted about the fuse. Shoulda looked here first.

Re: Keyless Entry
Scratch that. My Bird has no 25 amp fuses. 20 is the max.
