Pics up of Fujimi's new STI and WRX

Looks good, aside from the typically undersized wheels

I haven't decided what wheels, I don't know when I'll get the model. It's not a terribly high priority right now w/a bunch of other projects. I want an STI, but I have no idea when I'll build it. My Tamiya STI hasn't been touched yet, and I wanted to build that when it came out...what 4 years ago?

Re: Pics up of Fujimi's new STI and WRX

Yeah, it's too bad they had to do a good job on the funky looking WRX. If they had made a nice model of the previous look, I'd be on it like white on rice... but this car, just isn't so appealing.

Looks like Fujimi has really gotten their ducks in a row. My F430 is going together like a dream, not at all like the old Fujimi kits I've built, if they keep up this new level of engineering they're gonna be a force to be reckoned with in the model business.

That's my sentiment exactly! I have yet to touch my Tamiya WRX, yet I've ordered the new Fujimi kit. I can't even finish a kit in decent time let alone order more! Oh, looks like Fujimi is on point to be the next Tamiya. Vric should've put that foot up Mr. Tamiya's arse!

Yes fujimi is coming along, now if only we could get a little less curbside models then they could really succeed

Looks nice. I wish they can show us some pics of the interior and may be an under car shot.

Re: Pics up of Fujimi's new STI and WRX

looks good, i'm one of the rare people who really like the look of the new WRX. The wheels look somewhat correct for the WRX, but the STi's wheels are hidiously under sized. does'nt matter to me cause i'm getting the WRX kit. but people who get the STi are going to have to do something about those wheels.

Re: Pics up of Fujimi's new STI and WRX

Gas: I like the new front end. Looks neat. Too bad they forgot to do the whole car But the 08 redesign is coming up soon anyway..hehe..The STI wheels are too small for 18's I believe? As the WRX wheels are 17's only? I am unsure of the sizes. The knock off "Superlegga" rims in the RSX kit might work for the STI. But yea..the WRX looks better. It looks odd with the STI wing on it. Looks like the extra Tamyia ioroning board wing will come in handy after all.
