Ford Heater Hose Connections
I cant speak for all taurus' but on the 1996, they have metal crimped connectors. What have some of you been doing about the metal crimped ends/connections on the heater hoses? I am starting to get a leak at the T- connection above the transmission, almost by the tranny dipstick, there is a TEE connection for three heater hoses, but how do i remove the hoses with the crimped connections and what should I replace them with??

Re: Ford Heater Hose Connections
The metal crimps can be cut off, then you replace the hose and use regular old hose clamps..
