Question Weird flasher/ABS problem

I have a '95 cavy that has a weird (to me, anyway... ) problem. The ABS light comes on at random, and I seem to have tied it to the flashers. Here's the facts, maybe someone can make sense of it

1.) The right hand turn signal stays on when I use it. I immediately thought "blown bulb" and replaced it. It worked for about 2 weeks then stopped again. I replaced the bulb *again* and it worked for another 2 weeks or so. I examined both bulbs and did not see a break in the filament on either. Also, the right turn signal will *occasionally*work.

2.) The ABS light comes on, and I've tied it to the emergency flashers. If I start the car (not putting it in drive, don't press the brake, nothing) the car is fine. I then turn on the emergency flashers. The flashers go on-off-on...and right when the flashers go off the second time, the ABS light comes on.

Am I insane? Does a faulty emergency light cause the brake system to fail?
