2000 rear drivers side chrome bumper replacement????

This is the rear drivers side bumper. Has anyone hear every done this? I know you have to "pop" the long plastic strip on the back bumber off but Im not sure if this has to be done from underneath the bumper or if you just pop it off from the top. Any info will

I have a 94 4Runner and the chrome bumper ends come off pretty easy, just pop the black plastic cover carefully, so you don't break any clips, then you'll see the bolts attaching it to the rear bumper. Also you will need to get under your Runner and detach the bumper end by the mud flap and also about 6 inches from the back bumper where it is attached. Use penetrating oil, they can be pretty rusty and seized up. Good Luck.
