my current project - lancer

It's Tamiya Mitsubishi Lancer WRC but it will not be in boring red livery.
:-)
Body and chasis are just painted.

Awesome! Will you be making any interior/exterior changes to reflect the new car other than the paint scheme? I'd also like to do a different Lan Evo but I am concerned about accuracy!

hmmm...dido on that dagger, according to my knowledge on lancers, if thats the Tamiya Lancer EVO VI WRC kit, than the decal set will be a bit off because of the different rear tail lights you see on the Tamiya kit and the Studio 27 decals.

you can still fit the decals on, hopefully, but the accuracy won't be there though

i am currently re-doing or just doing my first kit over. The LanEvo VI wrc was my first kit, but I didn't paint it or anything, its just bare white plastic so I am giving it a prime and turning it into a yellow street car with a WRC interior! Sure beats a plain dull-white sports car!

Kit is for A group car and decals are for N group car.
After long thinking I will make kit out of box. For real accuracy I must to change dashboard, wheel, tires, side mirrors, shift, maybe seats,... and for all that I need normal road car, mening road car version too, which is expensive to me.
So I will make it out of box because I like to have that liver on car.

Exclamation decals are still for trade

Actually furst I wanted to trade that decals for any A group decals, but so far nobody wasn't interested. So I started to work on it with idea to use that decals.
So if anybody here is interested in trade, please let me know before I continue to work on Lancer. I can do that because I didn't do any changes on car body.
Decals are new and untached.

Thank you!
But now I'm in dilema to continue work on WRC or to makefull conversion for accuracy. Looking more and more that it will be easier to convert road car version to N group car, than convert WRC to N.

Does anybody have oportunity to compare susupension and lower side of chasis on Tamiya's road and WRC Lancer VI version?
