Engine Misfire

I have a 1998 Chevrolet 2 Door Tahoe. Recently I had a slight miss when idling so I replaced both the cap and Rotor with value craft parts and the spark plugs with Bosch Platinum 2 plugs. Since the tune up the engine seems to miss fire more idling, and since the repair at around 55mph or 65mph while going up a hill on a hwy the car will begin to skip occasionally as if a big 500 pound weight was bouncing up and down behind the car causing drag. While this is going on the rpm's do not change and I am wondering if this un-related to the miss, possibly something with the transfer case or transmission? I appreciate your help.

10-4 on the junk bosch plugs.
Take them back and demand your money back or better yet just drop them in the trash can.

Welcome to your first post on AF mathpro

But a little tip always check the date on the post and if it is a old post let the old and dead post lie in peace.

If you are having a problem like that one or another problem start a new post and someone will help you.

Good luck MT

Talking Re: Engine Misfire

I did swap those garbage Bosch plugs for some GM spec AC Delco plugs and the change was manjor. Comparing the two plugs would be similar to comparing logs and apples (No comparison).
