Mitsubishi TC06?

Are any of you guys familiar with a Turbo called a “Mitsubishi TC06”?
Do any of you know what the maximum boost on it might be? The comp wheel and housing is bigger than the stock one but I have no idea what the size is. All I know that it is an oldish Turbo, however I did recon it. What kind of boost would it be able to handle basically? Apparently it’s called a "high flow turbo". What does it mean? Australian guys would be able to answer me seeing that it originated out of Down Under, in a car called the Mitsubishi Cordia. It might be close to the TD05.
