Chica C - Caprice Wagon Modified Update

A little update...

I cut to the back and the lateral and smoothed to have the aspect of the modern caprice and to lose the appearance of nomad.

A little of putty

Engine assemby not ready yet. Scratch build air cleaner. ModelerŽs hose and conectors. Scratch build water pump in and out pipes. Scratch build LT-1 engine distribuitor. I did the air condition pipes too

I.C.E. not ready yet... IŽll made a 5.1 ch...after all it is the my wifeŽs car

I hope U like, and all comments and critics are welcome.
Sorry to my bad english!!!

Re: Wip - Caprice Modified

I most certainly do like!
You have some incredible scratch building skills. The engine is very detailed
I can't wait to see the end result of the ICE

Re: Wip - Caprice Modified

Nice progress so far, i've never heard of the alternomad, it is kind of strange in my own opinion i think its a lot cooler if the modeler were to do the customizing and kitbashing from scratch rather than from a kit. So i like what you have done with it in a way uncustomizing it then re-customizing it
Also nice work on the vette tails, i dont think i have ever seen anyone do that to a caprice it looks great tho.
Ill be watching this thread keep up the good progress!

Re: Wip - Caprice Modified

That's looking great so far, i really like the speaker box. Can't wait to see some color on it. I like A body's too. Here's a couple I did a while back. I smoothed out an Alternomad too.
Mark
