i have a 1998 grand prix GTP. i wanted to do something different. but i was curious if it would work. i wanted to use the supercharged engine cover from a new grand prix like 04 or 05 but i dont know if it would fit on my engine they have the series 3 i have the series 2 my guess and by the looks it would fit and there is no difference. i was just curious if anyone knows for sure. thanks alot

Re: engine/supercharger cover

Yeah! Sharp. I like the way it covers the supercharger snout and the overall looks. I noticed it doesn't have the hole in the middle where we fasten the cover on '97 - '03 GTPs. Can't tell by the pic but i looks like it is secured in the back towards the firewall and in the same spot at the oil filler spout. Nice if it would fit though.

Nope! But I sure would like to know myself. Where there is a will there is a way. It can't be that too far off to mount. Do you know any '04 and up GTP/Comp G owners in your area that might let you try.

Not a problem. It was an interesting idea. Let us know if if decide to go through with it and especially if you get it to fit. I'm quite sure others will probably do the same. I like that cover.

The Premium thing? Just a new membership thing I'm testing out offered by the head AF man Igor. Still haven't figured out the real benefits other than shelling out $50/Year.
