Re: Twin Turbo 4.6L GT

nope nothing else..and street tires..the reason i was asking cause when he saw my car which is a Ls1 Trans Am he said is that your car? "Yes" then he replys i feel sorry for you i will kill your car..i dont think he knows too much about trans am plus i have some mods..so since he has so much confidence in his car i think i'm going to make a little bet lol..thanks for the help///your answer was close to what many people told me...around 13

Re: Twin Turbo 4.6L GT

JUST TURBOS, no exhaust or tune? I am sure he forgot to mention a tune at least because running a fat turbo system on a stock mustang would make your motor last for a very very short peroid of time. Automatic shifts will kill him without a good shift kit, and street tires will be useless. Correct me if I am wrong but the ls1 fbodys ran mid 13s stock on a 6 speed....with mods you should slay him no problem. LS1 is an amazing engine....pop in a cam, get a head job some bolt ons and you will smoke 99% of anything out there.

Re: Twin Turbo 4.6L GT

Lousy tune, 13s easy. Good tune, sticky tires, shift kit, and a few supporting bolt-ons, easy mid-low 12s.

Hope you can drive your F-body, buddy, or you're gonna see taillights.

OMFG I posted in a well disguised car vs. car thread...

Shut up and race!!!
