2.2L Automatic S-10

I am going to purchase a 98 2.2L automatic s-10 from my friend, but I have a question about the ECU. Now I want to change the shift points(for example, the truck shifts into the next gear at 3500RPM's and I want it to go higher like 4000RPM's) so my question is,are ther any chips that you plug into the ECU that will higher the shift points.I know the hypertech computer can but they only have it for the 6 cylinder but there are Jet chips and venom chips that you plug into the ECU.
