95' Dakota U-Joints

How difficlult to change the u-joints on a 4x4 1995 dodge dakota and is it recommended to change the front and rear u-joints on the driveaxle?

They are a pain in the rear. I had to do it in my 89 and they sucked. usually U-joints (at least from my experience) last quite a while and don't have to be changed very often.
