Headlight Issue. Electrical problem?

I have a '96 2.4L. My headlights recently went dim, and now barely work. (no, its not the bulbs!) I got the battery and alternator tested - both are fine. What could the problem be? I can't drive at night!! Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!!

Re: Headlight Issue. Electrical problem?

I have exact the same problem. I just got a '97 sunfire just two weeks ago. I posted about this problem they said that it might be the headlight switch not working and some people said that it might be lose wire or DRL relay getting stuck. The DRL relay for '97 is inside the cluster. I haven't tried trouble shooting because I might screw it up. Anyway, if you find the answer that you are looking for, please let me know. It might help me too.
