power slide door problems HELP!!!!

I have a 2001 Venture. Recently have had trouble getting the power slide door to open using the door handle. Door opens ok using the overhead console switch or the switch on the door. Reset the door module per haynes manual by pulling radio fuse and cyclling door 4 times ect... Now when door closes it will close fully then back off a little, enough that the door does not seal. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
