Take your ICM and coil pack to Auto Zone for testing. Have you checked fuel pressure and injector pluse while it is not starting?

Re: 94 Buick wont start

When it doesn't start, do your power windows work?
I have a bad ignition switch in my 94 PA. When it doesn't start, most of my accessories won't work either. Low voltage in the ignition circuit. I then work the roll down switch until I can roll down the windows. When the windows go down, the car starts.
