roller rocker swap HELP!!!

i have a 350 gm. and i have stock rockers and i wanna swap them out for ones with rollers on them. my cam is a hydralic flat tappet ca, (.450"/.460")and a 114 lobe seperation. wat type of rockers do i need and what kind of hp gains can i excpect.

I would go to local part store , competetion cams makes a roller tip
rocker arm which is not like most aluminum full roller rocker arms. These are great for the street. The 1.6 is the way to go instead of the stock 1.52 .
You will get more lift out of your cam a better sound with the 1.6.
