Heat in Rear working, Heat up front still blows cold air??

I recently changed the intake manifold gaskets (I guess that is pretty common with this vehicle!) and the heat seemed to work fine afterwards. We filled it back up with antifreeze and still had to keep topping it off. Now it is full, and I thought I might have a stuck thermostat in the open position. However, the heat in the rear of the van is working and blowing warm air. All of the hoses are warm and seem to indicate that the thermostat is working properly, but the front will still not warm up. I have noticed on some of the other suggestions that there may be an issue with the actuator doors not working properly. Also the hoses going to the heater core are very hot as well. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
Thanks in advance.
Steve

I had the exact same problem. There is a hose in the dash that worked it's way loose. My warm air was blowing inside the dash instead of being directed through the vents.
